Interested in learning how to squat? Or in cleaning up your current squat form? Book a Squat Workshop and learn why the Starting Strength style squat is the best way to make your whole body strong. Work up to a set of five reps, under the guidance of a coach.
~$27 per session, billed at $225 monthly
This plan is for older trainees that need less training frequency, or for those whose schedules don't allow for an optimal 3x/week training schedule, but still want to get stronger on a two-day program.

Semi-private coaching is for trainees that need more one-on-one attention or for those that can't train in the gym regularly.
Semi-Private Coaching subscriptions are also available and include one session per week (a $780 value), for $585 per month.

Key-Card Access: Off-Peak Hours
Group intro session included to teach you the lifts and to get you acquainted with the gym. If you want to do Starting Strength, with all of the equipment you need, and programming from a coach, this is the plan for you.
Key-Card Access: Peak Hours and Off-Peak Hours
This plan includes everything that the $95 plan offers, along with the ability to reserve a space in the gym during peak hours (when group training sessions take place). For reference, our group training hours are available, here.
